- Technical Support -- The backbone of customer technical support is a team of well-trained Application Engineers and shared KM (Knowledge Management) in database format to provide customers with real-time technical support. Their knowledge ranges from hardware/BIOS/device drivers all the way into the realm of embedded operating systems.
- Repair Service -- With sophisticated RMA processes in place plus a self-designed global eRMA system (http://www.bestek-tp.com.tw/support-RMA.html) for receiving, repairing, and shipping stages, BESTEK's RMA team is able to ensure quick product repairs and replacement service within short turnaround time.
